Shakeel is a business and technology reporter. He worked as a news editor at The Economist and writesTransformer, an AI newsletter read by officials in the White House, the Senate and the Commerce Department. He previously worked as head of communications at the Centre for Effective Altruism.

Sawyer is an experienced non-profit professional. He served as Executive Director of BERI, an organisation providing support to academics. He also serves as a board member for FAR.AI and SecureBio.

Anna previously worked as a reporter at TIME, as a Reporting Fellow for the Pulitzer Center on Crisis Reporting, and as a freelance journalist from Kenya. She has a M.S. in Journalism from Columbia University has a background in economics and finance.

Michel was an AI Governance Fellow at Pivotal Research where he researched plausible methods for governing advanced AI systems. He also worked as an Events Associate at the Centre for Effective Altruism and completed various research internships in Neurobiology and Psychology.

Marisa is an experienced content creator and social media manager. She has worked with multiple European governments to promote sustainable tourism, grown Instagram accounts to 50k+ followers, and filmed marketing content for TV.
